Alternative Paths to Spanish Nationality
If you were hoping to apply through the Democratic Memory Law, there are other options available:
- Nationality by Residence – After living legally in Spain (2-10 years depending on your nationality)
- Civil Partnership or marriage to a Spanish citizen can reduce the residency requirement to 1 year
