AI Agents, MCP, and OpenAPI Tools
Legal Fournier operates machine-readable interfaces for AI agents, including the Spain Legal MCP server, OpenAPI endpoints, agent discovery files, and related public tools. These interfaces are intended for preliminary legal intake, route screening, public-tool matching, and consent-based contact requests.
When an AI agent, connector, automation platform, or user calls these interfaces, we may process the facts submitted in the request, technical metadata such as timestamp, user agent, IP-derived security signals, operation name, source surface, referrer or landing URL, and the result status. We do not design these interfaces to collect passport numbers, national ID numbers, documents, full addresses, or other sensitive identifiers.
If a user asks an AI agent to contact Legal Fournier and explicitly consents to follow-up, the agent may create a contact request. In that case we may process the name, email address, optional phone number, preferred language, case summary, legal area, urgency, risk flags, missing facts, and the agent handoff summary. Such requests are stored as prospective-client enquiries and reviewed by Legal Fournier.
When these tools are accessed through third-party platforms such as Claude, ChatGPT, Grok, Zapier, Make, n8n, Relevance AI, Cursor, VS Code, Gemini CLI, Claude Code, or similar services, those platforms may also process the information according to their own terms and privacy policies. Users and agents should review the privacy settings and approval prompts of the platform they use before sending information.
MCP and OpenAPI screening outputs are general informational screening only. They are not automated legal decisions, do not create a lawyer-client relationship, and do not replace individual legal or tax advice.

Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries outside the EEA, including the United States. When this occurs, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
