Las Palmas Appointment FAQ

Can I use Tenerife offices if Las Palmas is full?

Yes. NIE/TIE from any province is valid. Tenerife (Santa Cruz province) has separate availability. Inter-island flights are frequent and cheap.

What’s the difference between NIE, TIE, and EU Registration?

NIE is just a number (for non-residents doing business in Spain). TIE is the physical card for non-EU residents with a visa. EU Registration (green certificate) is for EU citizens living in Spain over 3 months. Different procedures, same booking portal.
