Overview

Living legally in Spain with a renewed permit? Time to bring family over. This only works after you’ve been here at least a year with your first permit already renewed.

Who Qualifies

  • Spouse or registered partner
  • Children under 18 or disabled adult children
  • Parents if you have long-term residency and they’re over 65

Requirements

Housing must pass inspection—town hall issues an adequacy report. Income: 150% IPREM for first family member, 50% more for each additional person.
